Remote Call Center Service Professional

Join HPM Tech Up as a Remote Call Center Service Professional and enjoy the flexibility of working from home while supporting nationally recognized clients.

As an independent contractor (1099), you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, with some opportunities also involving email and chat support. This role allows you to set your own schedule while maintaining a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week.

• Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (no federal or state taxes withheld)
   
• Training: Client-specific certification courses provided (2–6 weeks, depending on program)
   
• Flexibility: Ability to service multiple clients after completing your initial certification
   
• Schedule: Create and manage your own hours (minimum of 12 hours weekly required)
   
• Equipment Needed: Desktop or laptop computer with reliable internet connection and a USB headset
   
• Compensation: Earnings vary by client; starting rates range from $12–$22 per hour, with additional incentives and performance-based bonuses available
